We recently had to deal with my parents in crisis, and Nimo was excellent at guiding and supporting us as we waded through our options of home care while waiting for LTC. Her knowledge and understanding of our health care options were invaluable!

Working with Kariz Healthcare Services has been such a breath of fresh air. From the very beginning, their team took the time to visit our home, understand our situation, and truly listen to our needs—we felt heard and supported right away. We have two different caregivers supporting us with respite care, and both are incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. There is strong communication within the team, which gives us great confidence in the care being provided. My 90-year-old mother, who is living with dementia, can sometimes feel uneasy around non-family members—but not in this case. She absolutely loves the caregivers and genuinely enjoys spending time with them. There are no tears, no anxiety—just comfort and connection. It has truly lifted a huge weight off our shoulders. For the first time, I feel at ease stepping away, without constant worry about how things are going or what challenges might arise afterwards. I’m finally able to rest and recharge, and that has made all the difference. Thank you so much. ♥️

Lynda is truly the best DSW I have ever met. She consistently goes above and beyond, and I honestly don’t know how I would manage without her support. Without her, I feel like I might have ended up in a much less comfortable situation. Thank you again for sending her—she has made a huge difference in my life.
