This building has been around for a long time. The long term maybe not so much, they could have done a lot better with renovating, look better, smell, spacing, corridors, etc. I'm sure the long term didn't just open recently. The high stars from other reviews I'm sure are mainly from visitations and families. Who only basically see what seems nice, but be the scenes needs a lot of improvement, policies, with management, the workers. It's pretty gross of an old place and had years to upgrade.

The staff here are excellent. They take/took wonderful care of my parents. Through Covid they have been spot on with protocols etc. They do their very best to communicate with the families and keep them informed of their loved ones. This is not an easy job to do and I give my full admiration to them. Thank you for doing what you do.
