Disappointing service for a specific need: cigarette smoke removal. I was assured of expertise in this area, but the "deep cleaning" of the walls and ceilings amounted to little more than a standard mop, with no real effect on the residue. The bill was over $2100 for a result I had to redo myself afterward. The company refused any adjustments, citing my initial satisfaction, which reflected mainly my politeness to the employees, not the final result after a close inspection and seeing the difference between my own cleaning and theirs.

During the bi-weekly housekeeping visits, her presence went far beyond the job itself. She provided invaluable support to my father. The impeccable quality of her work, combined with her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness, was greatly appreciated. Her visits made a real difference in his daily life.
