Horrible place. After the old owner got fired the new one threatened to fire everyone and just import new workers that don’t speak french. our families aren’t getting the right care that they need for our french families there aren’t enough french workers so they get pushed aside. The establishment is to expensive and workers don’t get paied the right amount either. take care of your families and loved ones and take them somewhere else.

My parents have been there for half a year and they are discontented. The feel like prisoners my parents shared with me. Not that they were free to come and go within reason but the fact that they didn’t have a bus to take the seniors to shopping or even the casino. Activities are not much for seniors. They may have yoga and other things but my parents feel that they are in a morgue waiting to pass on. I mean really, our parents should be at the forefront of theirs and mine happiness. For $5000.00 a month it seems like they are getting hood winked. There are other retirement residences in the heart of Ottawa that offers way more for the same price. I am hoping instead of whining about the situation they can break the lease and I can move my parents

Wanted to pass along our thanks to the staff at Le Pavillon for a wonderful Christmas luncheon with My Mom and my children’s Grandma. The beautiful Christmas decorations made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ann for all her hard work. A huge thanks to chef Markus and his team for a delicious Christmas meal which everyone enjoyed. Many thanks from all of us. 🎄🎄
