My husband and I have recently become residents, and we are delighted to see that our needs and requests for services are promptly addressed. The Manoir Repentigny has a welcoming and helpful staff. A special thank you to Yasmina, who often acts as a kind liaison between our requests and the staff members who are able to provide the answers. She is always available and takes the time to assist us.

I'm disappointed by many things: the elevators are always broken, the food is cold and the service is poor, and the movie theater is so bad I can't watch a whole film without interruptions... and I've even missed it altogether. There's always something wrong. Everything they offer (the lease) is problematic. And to top it off, the nurses do nothing, and worse, they leave the person who's fallen on the floor and go off to give their pills to other residents after calling an ambulance. (She shouldn't leave someone on the floor alone, come on!) And I could go on and on. * * I spoke with a manager, and she really gave me hope that things will change. Thank you to her for her positive energy and for addressing these issues. She inspired confidence in me.

We've lived at Manoir Repentigny for a year and a half and we're very happy here. Everything is orchestrated for the residents' well-being, from leisure activities and meals to everything else that's thought out and planned for us. A new house means minor repairs, but no problem, the team is very professional. We feel very safe here, and this peace of mind is perfect for us. I wholeheartedly recommend Residences Soleil Repentigny; we feel right at home. Thank you.
