Most dysfunctional organization I have ever dealt with. Do not return phone calls, do not follow up and Doctors are making excuses for this organization.

If I could give them no stars I would. They only care about the money my mother and my dad's palliative dr can't even get a simple phone call from my dad's caseworker. They all should be fired. This is pretty much elder abuse and neglect

We had a great experience. Anna was absolutely amazing and helped me and my family get a great family doctor. They stayed is contact with us and are very compassionate people. Thanks for all the assistance Anna.
