This place seems great at first glance, the rooms are quite spacious for one person.

My stepfather was placed there and only stayed for two days, having emptied his own apartment less than a month after he arrived. He also had a small dove with my mother's ashes inside; it wasn't among his belongings. I'm told he broke it, but where is it? Just thrown away... wow, what a joke! I wouldn't recommend this home to anyone.

My father lives in this residence, in the "intermediate" section. He has very limited mobility, and he loves the service here. The staff assigned to his care are all very attentive to his needs. I must say that my father isn't very picky when it comes to food, but he didn't like the food at his previous residence, and he loves the food at Résidence Louis-XIV. I'm always amazed by the variety of menus they offer. Most importantly, he feels great and is happy at this residence.
