We had an excellent visit and received a very courteous welcome. The residence was clean, well-furnished, and the people we met there were very friendly. We look forward to returning!

My mother has lived there for four years. She's very happy and feels safe. Because the place isn't too big, the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. The staff is friendly and very dedicated. The place is clean, there are several activities—in short, this environment perfectly meets my mother's needs. It's very reassuring for me to know she's in good hands. Thank you to all the staff, including the management (who are truly attentive to their residents), for being such wonderful people.

I don't understand the positive reviews. My grandfather lives there, and we have to bring him food several times a week because the quality of the meals is so poor. Serving only a hot dog for dinner is simply unacceptable. The air conditioning is inadequate, and residents are told to install their own units in their apartments. There are no accessible restrooms on the ground floor (or those that exist are reserved for staff). And as if that weren't enough, the elevators are extremely slow. Several residents are already considering moving. Invest your money elsewhere.
