Sad to see so many people giving it 1 star because my mother's watch works and is clean. Of course, it's still important to stay in touch with loved ones and make sure they're okay. So far, nothing negative. Happy with our experience 👌

Cold food, they're not allowed to help the elderly get up if they fall... cleaning only once a week with a mop. They leave the elderly to sleep in their own urine... the staff are still kind and smiling though.
