  I’ve worked at Mayflower since 2022, and I can honestly say I don’t have a single bad thing to say about the company. I’ve genuinely enjoyed coming to work, and that’s mostly because of the people. My boss has always treated me with respect and appreciation, and I’ve always felt valued, heard, and trusted in my role. The same goes for my coworkers—I’ve never had any issues with anyone, and everyone is kind, respectful, and easy to work with. The company also does a great job of showing appreciation for its employees, whether it’s giving us gift cards and chocolates during the holidays or being understanding when we need time off as long as we ask in advance. The training was also excellent. I completed 36 hours of paid training before I started, and it was actually enjoyable because everyone was so supportive and made learning the job easy. Looking back, this will definitely be one of the most memorable jobs I’ve had. I’m graduating from university this summer and plan to pursue a career in law enforcement with the goal of becoming a detective, so it’s time for me to move on, but I’ll genuinely be sad to leave. I’m very thankful for everything Mayflower has done for me and for the great people I’ve had the chance to work with over the last four years.

  I work at this company and I'm extremely satisfied with my experience. It's without a doubt the best place I've worked so far. The team is always there to support us: there's genuine support on a daily basis, almost 24/7. From the very beginning, everything is explained patiently; they take the time to train us, show us the procedures, and answer all our questions. We never feel alone. The work environment is pleasant, professional, and supportive. You can tell the company invests in its employees and genuinely wants them to succeed. The company is also very committed to the quality of service provided to clients, which is why it invests time and energy in training and supporting its employees to guarantee excellent service.
