My father stayed here for a bit over 1 year here. The team was very good, took care of my father all the time. Even until he passes away 2 months ago, the whole process of discharge was very smooth and easy. Thank you to everyone in the team of the 3/F East wing.

An Outstanding Home for Seniors in SO many ways! My previous work life has taken me to numerous Long-Term Care Homes so I feel I can say from experience that the Mon Sheong Stouffville Long Term Care Centre is like a 5-star hotel for seniors! The home is clean, bright, open, and very inviting with wide hallways and high ceilings. The Rooms and washrooms are very spacious and well kept. They have a variety of meal options, and the resident is even given choices to select from. The home has a dental clinic and hair salon on site which makes it much easier for the resident to receive these services. It is quite evident that the goal of the Mon Sheong Stouffville LTC Centre is to provide in every way possible a comfortable, friendly, stable, and safe environment for their residents. This is quite apparent when you meet their staff and Care Team. The 5th Floor West Wing Nursing staff are absolutely amazing. They are caring, attentive and encouraging with the residents during meals, social activities and when attending to their everyday needs as well. One can see that staff at the front reception, in Social Services, Dietary, Physiotherapy and Security are all dedicated to not only enhancing the life of the seniors but also providing comfort to the families. The home is blessed with having Dr. Hilda Lim as their physician. She cares about the residents, and it really shows. Everyone that we have had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with has been patient and compassionate with our inquiries and needs for my mother-in-law. Anyone who has had to transition a senior to a LTC Home knows that it is not an easy task, but I can say with confidence and experience that the Mon Sheong Stouffville Long Term Care Centre and its staff strives and succeeds at making this as smooth a transition as possible. Many thanks to all at the Mon Sheong Stouffville Long Term Care Centre!
