We had an exceptional experience with Niagara Caregivers. The owners, Cherrie & Kim were truly extraordinary to deal with. From the very beginning, they were professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They are familiar with the laws and regulations involved in finding Mom and Dad the ideal personal support worker (live-in and local). Whenever questions or concerns arose, they did their best to support us and sometimes connected us with other professionals and resources to ensure everything was handled properly. Their work ethic and attention to detail are second to none. They took the time to understand our parents’ needs and demonstrated a genuine commitment to finding the most suitable caregivers for them. Every interaction was met with professionalism, compassion, and a clear dedication to quality care. We are deeply grateful for their support and would highly recommend Niagara Caregivers to anyone seeking trustworthy, knowledgeable, and caring service.
