I was taken advantage of by other residents, I even saw staff intaregate people such as myself, for no reason, the staff was lied to, I was refused my medication, even after I said some medications are for my heart, she still refused me, and treated me like a convict when I was there for domestic, I didn't deserve what they did, they made the same staff member to be my caseworker, she changed things in my file, even medical records, adding things to make my health look like it's not that bad, transferring me when they knew it would do more harm than good. I should of been safe. Most staff are great, yes they help people, but not all staff are good, they take sides before getting the facts straight, they have cameras and could listen to the conversations after someone tells them bullshit but they don't do that. No staff has the right to take medication away or tell you when they can have it, residences cause chaos, the ones they're for for only homeless take advantage of the ones there because of abuse, I seen it happen any time someone new came in, instantly I would see it take place....things do need to happen to help people stay safe.

Finally worked up the courage to call to find out more about their services, after a lot of encouragement from my therapist. Nobody seems to answer the phone; it's left to ring until voicemail picks up. I eventually left a message. That was several weeks ago and total silence. Very disappointing...I can't help but wonder how many others are falling through the cracks here.
