Hi I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the nursing care provided to my father. Unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing. The first nurse who attended to my father did a poor job with his care, particularly with dressing his wounds. When I later took him to the doctor, they assumed that I had performed the dressing myself due to its condition. This was both concerning and unacceptable. Given the amount of money I am paying for these services—especially since my father does not have an Alberta health card—I expected a much higher standard of care and professionalism. Instead, the service has fallen far below expectations. If this situation does not improve, I will be seeking care elsewhere. At this point, I cannot recommend your services and do not feel confident continuing with your agency. I would appreciate a prompt response addressing these concerns and explaining how you plan to ensure better care moving forward.

I can not express how grateful we have been to have Nurses next door work with us. Our care designer Lacie helped us come up with a care plan that worked for my husband and also with my work schedule. I could go to work and not worry. Thanks again for all care and support

I can’t begin to explain how grateful I am for the care that has been provided for my grandma. Always above and beyond! The CDHCI has made all this possible in affording care for her and I just can’t reccomend them all enough!
