Hi I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the nursing care provided to my father. Unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing. The first nurse who attended to my father did a poor job with his care, particularly with dressing his wounds. When I later took him to the doctor, they assumed that I had performed the dressing myself due to its condition. This was both concerning and unacceptable. Given the amount of money I am paying for these services—especially since my father does not have an Alberta health card—I expected a much higher standard of care and professionalism. Instead, the service has fallen far below expectations. If this situation does not improve, I will be seeking care elsewhere. At this point, I cannot recommend your services and do not feel confident continuing with your agency. I would appreciate a prompt response addressing these concerns and explaining how you plan to ensure better care moving forward.

If i could leave a higher than 5 star review I would. We contacted them when my mother got quite ill. From when we first contacted them to when my mom past away they did 12 hour overnight shift. Arnnie and Chelsea were excellent in addressing and helping us with the care needed for my mom. As well as ensuring my mom was confortable in he final days. Also I am a person that rarly leave reviews unless people go above and beyond. Nurse next door is one of them

I had to have my knee replaced and needed help at home and getting to & from appointments and errands. The lovely girl that was my aid hands down was a heaven sent angel. We’ve remained friends since. Definitely recommend, and don’t be shy to ask for a new aid, they’ll find one that is a great fit. I had to “fire” the first one lol no fault of the company, she was just not a good fit for me.
