Who ever Amanda is, needs a job "behind" the scenes. After having to repeat myself over and over about after care program discussed with KGH medical team. They offered me 2 choices 1. 2 nurses everyday plus PT once a week. 2. 1 nurse twice a week an PT once a week. I opted for option 2. Whoever Amanda is, called me again in the morning. This time more aggressively asking about my care program discussed with KGH. I said that I'm done repeating myself and in fact to pissing me off. She then says that she can hang (CLICK) What should of been done, was have her contact at KGH call me. And in the conversation she stated this is a free service. I would really like to know where her pay cheque comes from, I guess we as tax payers can opt out somewhere? Free, is something to sell Canada out to new comers.

Not helpful when reporting to them that someone came to your home representing themselves as a nurse from their services.
