How disappointing this experience has been wirh paramed missed appts. No calls or show up for washing mom at 93 years old...I hope your parent never had to go through a service like this ever...instead of psw they send how that the government pays half their wage and can't shower my mom they say they don't know how even though they have been trained they rush the visit slap the facecloth over her and leave...so disgusting to c mom on that way...No one cares at the upper level couldn't care less about your complaints never addressed.... it may be time to c if another company is available to service our poor elderly parents.....tragic so tragic.

Greetings, I am very sad to admit that my mom's and my experience with Paramed was very difficult. I am hurt that the nursing supervisor Amanda did not schedule the visit when it was needed and did everything to blame it on nurses who are innocent in that pericular matter. When i was giving her clear statement about what happened she accused me of being aggressive. It seems to me that when you speak the truth and provide details they will call you aggressive and never ever admit to making a mistake. As a consequence my mom missed a wound dressing change and an IV antibiotic treatment. Amanda's cooworker Chris had the very same disrespectful disposition and when I asked why that visit wasn't schedule he pretended he was just a scheduling person and blamed it all on nurses. I am so very disappointed with their servises on the supervisory level. They are rude, disregard any pain and suffering the patient goes through as well as family fear and worry about they loved one. I hope I will never meet people like that in my life again. Sincerely, Agnes.

Sadly, this company has very little concern or regard for the vulnerable sector they are hired to provide care for. What a terrible example of a homecare provider. Extremely unreliable. The number of no shows or "in and out the door" appointments are concerning. Our loved ones are being neglected. The care that they need and we rely on, either doesn't happen or some ( not all) of the workers show up and do very little. Try calling them and actually reaching a care coordinator..It's become a game of telephone tag while our disabled, frail or ill loved ones are in bed waiting for meals, medication, personal care or help in general. This company should be ashamed, very ashamed.
