Unreliable..miss appointments..show up at all different hours during day..no set real plan ..hit and miss..like waiting for cable tv repair guy ..

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE!! I gave one star only because I couldn't leave zero stars. This place is impossible to get a hold of. They do not listen to your concerns or needs. The one we got stuck with does nothing but cause trouble. This company does not care about you and more importantly your loved one! We have had the police show up here one day because noone answered the door. My dad had a fall down the stairs because she told him to use a bathroom in the basement. I could go on but google probably won't give me enough space to go on. There is a reason this place has 2 stars! If you care about how your loved one is being cared for, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I cannot tell you strongly or robustly enough to avoid this company at all costs. The other reviewers are correct --- random, inconsistent, unreliable appearances, missed appointments, negligent communication, etc., etc. My experience in arranging care for my 87-year-old mother was simply appalling: never on time, never the same person, scattershot communication, missed appointments and, on one occasion, a PSW rifling through my mother's bedroom drawers while she, non-verbal, protested to no avail. And they are very difficult to contact, rarely answering their phones, and only occasionally responding to voice messages. Again, avoid this company in any way you can.
