My daughter bumped her wheelchair into a male in a wheelchair where he responded by pulling an actual clump of her hair out by the roots leaving a bald spot. Dionne in charge of whatever responded by saying all residents are assessed when they are in residence. I wanted him put in lock down area but she just kept saying all residents are assessed. Well he needs to be re-evaluated as dangerous prone to assault. Nope nothing done!!!!!!

The care I received on the 5th floor St. Paul's hospital was excellent, but once you leave there and hit the private sector you realize you're just in a processing plant and that parkridge center is just the last step, they need you to walk a few steps so they can sign you off. No more liability. Private contractors are making a fortune

Horrible experience all around. Staff was standofish and rude. Lied to my face regarding my mom's care on several occasions. She suffered a stroke while in their "care" and nothing was done. They sent her to the hospital without any notes or files. Over medicated and under cared for. If you can do NOT put your loved ones here. Watch out for Liz and Lisa in GRU. Unprofessional to say the least.
