We feel very fortunate to have been introduced to Platinum Home Care. My husband Dave and I had been unsuccessful in the past in finding a care giver who understood his specific needs. Dave has a rare and debilitating disease. When Sol and Maureen met with us in our home, we knew right away they had the expertise and the compassion to evaluate our situation. Within a few days of our interview, Sol arranged to have us meet one of their healthcare aides, Cheryl, whom Sol believed would be able to provide the quality of care and support we needed. Cheryl has been working with us since November of 2025. Both Dave and I really enjoy her presence and look forward to her scheduled days. Her ability and willingness to complete all the necessary tasks precisely and quickly is most admirable. She does her work showing kindness and respect at all times. I certainly feel less stressed and happier on the days Cheryl is working with us. Cheryl has definitely contributed to the betterment of Dave’s health and to his overall well-being. Yes, we’d say things are going well! We’re giving a ‘5 Star’ (out of 5) rating both to Platinum Home Care and to Cheryl. Sincerely, Gloria and Dave Phelan

Our family has utilized the services of Platinum Home Care Ltd. since August 2024. Some of Platinum's selling points for us are: (1) their commitment to providing the same caretaker so that a relationship of comfort and trust can develop; (2) their professional yet loving and personal demeanor with their clientele; (3) their willingness to work with families to accommodate schedule changes and/or changing care needs. Maureen and Sol have also provided our family with much needed emotional support in navigating our loved one's declining health by offering advice and assistance on needed next steps. I highly recommend Platinum to provide a level of care and attention that addresses the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of your loved one.

I visited my aunt in Delta after she had private surgery and was needing in-home care. Maureen was a gem! She was helping my aunt navigate all her appointments and medications, running errands, grocery shopping, prepping meals, keeping her house tidy, while respecting my aunt’s very particular tastes and needs. We got to meet one of the other ladies one day when Maureen was sick, and she was just as compassionate, competent and professional. I truly felt my aunt was in great hands when I left. I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone needing in-home care!
