Terrible food and care for my mom. Never allow this place for your family member.. shared bathrooms, indifferent care at best.. no.. washed in cold water everyday, deprived of access to her call bell regularly.. shame

I live in another province, and recently spent three days visiting my Mom. It seemed to me that staff were consistently kind, patient, polite, accomodating and professional; that they were attuned to her needs and that she was interested in the programming offered. Her room was clean and new clothes brought back washed and labelled within 24 hours. Caring for the elderly and infirm is an important, challenging and undervalued profession. On behalf of my family, our sincere thanks to the staff for what they do for my Mom and all the residents, every day.
