My Dad had a sudden emergency with his back, etc... The whole home care process was brand new to us and we didn't know what to do. Premier Home Care was SO easy and simple. Someone answered the phone right away and everyone was super helpful, accommodating and friendly! We felt like we were in good hands every step of the way and we are very grateful for this wonderful service.

Carmela is on top of things and promptly responds to our calls. She took the time to come and visit my dad personally and being Italian, my dad felt very much at ease. The first caregiver they sent was a wonderful human being and although she was not Italian speaking but close (Spanish) my father slowly got very attached to her. We were very happy to have met her and wish her great success in her now medical field. I recommend Premier as they are efficient in replying and always present to our needs.

Premiere helped my family during a tremendously difficult time. They responded to an urgent change when we suddenly needed 24 hour care and had it in place within a day. The caregivers were caring, empathetic, and strong.
