Honestly the place is a dump! The building needs to be knocked to the ground… I was in tears knowing my mom had to go to this place, as it was here or stay in the hospital and start paying for her to stay in the hospital. I even spoke with the Manager and she said there’s no funding to do anything. Shame on you SHA for not doing upgrades to this place! However, the 5 stars is for the staff, they are so good and friendly with my mom!

I rarely write reviews, but I feel this needs to be said. Eujin was rude, careless, and seemed confused while working. This level of conduct is unacceptable in a care home environment

Absolutely disgusting place. My grandpa’s clothes were somehow lost the day he arrived for his short term care. When he was visited, he had been sitting in his own waste, without pants and restrained to his chair for who knows how long. Was not fed or cared for until a relative arrived. He was there for 1 week. These places are entrusted to care for our loved ones, I would think twice before giving this place a call. I can’t even begin to imagine the care of the remaining patients.
