I have been using Quant's services for my father in both West and North Vancouver for some time now..their people are exceptional...Marina found Aaron who is a companion/caregiver for my Dad and there could not be a better fit...he is empathic, a friend first and foremost, caring, kind, creative in the adventures that they do together and he has made a world of difference for my Dad and when my Dad fell - Quant stepped in with other caregivers for 24 hour a day 7 day a week service seamlessly and then they and Aaron helped him recover so well that he is back walking better than before and having a better quality of life at 92 than he had previously. I cannot say enough good things about Marina, Aaron and Quant - exceptional!!!!

I’ve been using this caregiving company for a long time and honestly I’m very impressed. They provide senior care in West and North Vancouver and everything they do feels very high level and well organized. The caregivers are very experienced, well trained and you can tell they know what they are doing. It is not just basic care. They understand medical situations, they know how to handle problems and they stay calm even in stressful moments. What I really appreciate is that there is strong management behind the team. Everything is monitored, communication is clear and they always follow through. If something urgent happens they respond right away and act professionally without delays. They are also very respectful and discreet which is very important for our family. I’ve been working with them for quite a while and they have never let me down. It gives me real peace of mind knowing everything is handled properly.

This service has been a total saviour for our family in ensuring our 96-year-old father can get to and from his various Doctors appointments safely and on time. Quant Care provides outstanding service and total professionalism. We are VERY happy.
