Michelle, Ben, and Ola were a HUGE BLESSING to me yesterday. I struggle a lot to get staff in pleasant manor to help my 94yr old vulnerable friend but yesterday these 3 staff changed the narrative of my experience. I pray they get a huge raise for the LOVE they give to work.
