Very poor communication. Late cancellation. The representative told me they had contacted me when they hadn’t, Insisted I cancelled services when I didn’t. I have seldom dealt with any business that attempted to gaslight me, this has been my worst experience with any business in Winnipeg. Can not recommend. _____________________________ To reply to the business response: I never cancelled services at any time. I tried to reschedule services that Reliable had cancelled. They could not get a worker to travel to our location. I offered to drive them and they said ok and when I arrived they told me I had cancelled. Why would I arrange to pick up a worker and drive all the way to their location if I had cancelled? Nonsense. They implied they checked their “logs”, I have logs on my cell phone too. By the way, Reliable claims to have been accredited by the Better Business Bureau, when I searched for them on the BBB web page they were not registered. I am sure the workers give good care, but the management seems to like to make promises and then blame the client when they can’t deliver. They may wish to change their name from Reliable to Deniable.

Our family had been using Reliable home care for several years. The wonderful attentive and kind staff were just what my grandmother needed to help her stay at home and long as possible. The office staff were responsive and understanding of our changing situation, and they were able to make necessary adjustments to help best support my grandmother. My grandmother has moved to more supportive type facility living but we continue to use Reliable Home Care for additional TLC since family live out of town. I would recommend Reliable to others
