REPUTE Home & Healthcare have provided excellent service. There was prompt response to our request for housekeeping services. The intake process was smooth and they were able to provide the services required. The staff provided has done good work and scheduling has worked well. Foot care has also been provided which has been very helpful.

We required round the clock care for an elderly parent provided by qualified PSW’s on very short notice and Repute was able to put the necessary arrangements in place, coordinating with the retirement residence. The staff were friendly and responsive to our requests for certain services tailored specifically to our parent’s particular needs. Repute saved us from having to search for qualified individuals ourselves, which would have been especially challenging during the pandemic. We felt the services were fair value and the logistics of putting the care arrangements in place simple and straightforward.
