  My 86 year old mother has received care from Right at Home Brampton for several years now. Unlike in dealing with other companies, the Personal Support Worker assigned to my mother has been truly amazing! She is a wonderful human being and has not only provided comfort to my mom but also reassurance to my brother and I that my mother was being assisted by a compassionate and caring person. Furthermore, Meena from Right at Home has communicated with me and family continually and strives to make sure that the relationship between her PSWs and clients is a good and consistent one. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who is concerned about their elderly parent and their growing needs.

  My Mother is 89 Years old and was diagnosed with Dementia. My Mother needs more assistance than I could provide. She needs bathing, hygienic care and some preparation with her meals. I am thankful that I found Right at Home Canada. Meena sent me an “Angel” that comes in and takes wonderful care of my Mother. She gets her awake and starts her day from giving her a shower, getting her dress, assisting with her prayers, preparing her meals and with her daily classes. My caregiver is very patient and knows how to handle my Mother. She is caring, loving and my Mother feels safe with her and completely trusts her. She treats my Mother as her own. I see how tender and attentive she is with my Mother and that has put my mind at ease. Being on time and dependable is extremely important to me. My caregiver definitely meets these qualifications. “Right at Home Canada is an amazing company. Meena assisted me every step of the way and helped with all the information I needed to make this decision. Meena realized that I didn’t know all the questions and gave me relevant, helpful information. I highly recommend them.”

  This was a very big decision for my Family to do for my Dad. My Dad felt very nervous at first about someone helping him so intimately. We expressed this to Meena, who is absolutely wonderful at making sure every one of our needs and beyond have been met. She took all our concerns and carefully understood my Dad to make sure we have someone who would be complimentary to him. It has been 2 years and I couldn't ask for a more wonderful and caring person than my Dads Caregiver ( She is Family to us!) She is a blessing, and we absolutely love her! My Dad feels so comfortable and safe with her, and it didn't take long for that to happen. She always makes sure my Dads needs are met, she helps him with mobility exercises, fun interactive activities, talks and makes him laugh. She is very attentive and observant of his health and behaviours as well. I truly believe people come into our life for a reason, an added bonus is the wonderful friendship (she's like a sister) we have! I am truly Grateful to both Meena and our Caregiver, Right at Home was a referral to us when we first thought of getting help, and it is a decision we are truly happy we made :)
