Admin are terrible. Worst ive ever seen. They promise the world and under deliver every time. This is by far one of the worst care companies I have had to deal with . And its very upsetting when peoples quality of life affected because this company cant do 1/2 of what was promised .

We recently went through the intake with Amber at Right At Home. Hospital staff made a referral on our behalf to Right At Home. Amber reached out to us within the hour and we started the intake. She was extremely patient and understanding of our situation. Her calm and caring approach was very appreciated.

What a caring organization! The feedback and response time is awesome. I highly recommend Right at Home to anyone with a need for any kind of senior support. Even if it's just to get your questions answered. If they can't help directly, they'll make sure you get the help you need somehow.
