I had an outstanding experience with Right at Home. My 80-year old mother broke her shoulder. We needed help with bathing, getting dressed, etc. We called the OHIP service but we were told they might not be able to get back to us for a week and we needed immediate service. I called Right at Home and they got back to me withint 2 hours and were there at my mother's house the very next day providing service. The service is good from front office to the ground, from Dr. Juhi who i initially talked to and layed out the situation (great listener), to the schedule coordinator Chales, to the care planner Mandy, and of course to the wonderful PSWs we had: Nadiia, Manouchka, and Annabel. All great. All seamless service. Very reliable.

Right at Home were phenomenal. So caring and attentive! They were able to help my elderly mom with her broken arm as soon as we called them. Thank you!

We are very happy with our PSW Seham . She works with me and my husband for about 4 years and we couldn't wish for better help. She is very insightful and kind and has lots of patience. It's a perfect match for all our needs. We are very thankful.
