In March of 2024 we started with Right at Home with in-home care/companion care for my wife Adra. 4 years into her diagnosis of young onset Alzheimer's disease. The ladies that came to our home were exceptional. They genuinely cared about her and went out of their way to ensure that during their time with her each day she had a great experience. Shopping trips, country drives, White Rock beach walks and of course dog walks to our local park. It was also a good time for me as I was "off duty" and was able to focus on my work and not worry about Adra where she was and what she was doing. I don't think I could have survived without the "Ladies". The only reason we stopped using their service was Adra had a seizure and had to be admitted from hospital into long term care. I am entirely grateful to everyone at Right At Home, especially Carla and Sue for the Love and Support they have shown to Adra and myself thru this journey. I would not have made it without them. Bobbi, and Right at Home Care, worked diligently to ensure my mom could go for her x-ray. It was a very professional, yet inexpensive process. I will not hesitate to use this service again. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
