Living in Bracebridge, we wanted to find a retirement residence close to family, and this has been a wonderful choice. Since the new management team took over, we've noticed so many positive changes. The residence feels brighter and more welcoming, the staff are genuinely caring, and there's a real sense of community. Every visit leaves us feeling confident that our Father is receiving excellent care. It's great to see such a positive transformation, and we'd happily recommend this residence to other families in the Bracebridge area.

My mother in law moved in 7 months ago and I cannot believe the improvements that have been made since the new owners took over. The new management staff have been extremely approachable and have addressed any concerns that we thought we may have had. The building has been cleaned, renovated and I finally feel like we made the right choice. My mother in law praises all staff and is so happy. We love coming to visit now.
