I had a cyst removed this past Monday, and was referred to SE Health on Tuesday for wound care. Ontario Health @home took my information and forwarded it to SE Health and said they would call me Tuesday or Wednesday to set up an appointment. I have called SE Health three times and each time the person told me they would send over my information and someone would call me. It's Thursday, I haven't heard from anyone. My wound has not been changed since Tuesday, I am diabetic and this should be addressed. If they are too busy, they should have the courtesy to call me and send me somewhere else. How long do I have to wait before this place calls me back? I can't believe a company can't even have the decency to return a call over three days. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The compassion at SE Health is obviously lower than the one star I had to give to share my experience. EDIT: Shortly after I left my google review last night I recieved a call with an appointment for today. SE Health was ready for me and did not keep me waiting. Suzanne apologized for the delay in my call and offered comprehensive care and explained how to care for the wound and sent me home with supplies. I am scheduled to go back tomorrow.

I can tell you this, of your reading my review prior to making a decision for extended health care please take this into mind prior to agreeing. I have had SE Health coming out for and opend diabetic wound. They are always late, low on nursing staff, sometimes they never show up at all and when the nurses get backtracked or overwhelmed with clients they get irritable and argumentative. I've called management and they pro.ise changes and say I'm sorry I will do this and do that and the only thing that changes is the date. Management needs to pull their big boy pants up and take control of the reigns as the tires are falling off and they dont know what to do.
