I would like to express my gratitude for the help I received from Karlo and his wife Sarah. I was in Edmonton for surgery and needed someone to pick me up from the doctor’s office, and Carlo made everything so easy. Everything went smoothly and right on schedule, and he truly made the whole experience much better. Top notch customer service. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Eliza T

Sarah was the primary person who came for the initial visit. Afterwards, Karlo came over to introduce us to their caregiver, Remy. Senior helpers is a great service that I would wholeheartedly recommend. We hired senior helpers to care for our mom while we went on a 3 week vacation outside of Canada. Remy was the caregiver who took care of our mom while we were away. Our mom truly enjoyed the company of Remy during 2 hour visits every 3 days. We would definitely hire Senior Helpers again when we decide to take anymore future vacations.
