Excellent service, I would even call it exceptional for a blood test on a very sensitive 8-year-old. Katy takes the time to reassure both children and parents! She is very competent and patient, and our daughter hardly noticed she was getting a blood test because she's so wonderful! A thousand thanks again, and rest assured we will definitely use her services again for future needs!
