I have a friend that is a new resident at Springdale manor… I’m so impressed with the compassion, respectfulness and patience the staff have… They deal with many dementia angry residents, they’re so so lovely with them… My friend has been looked after so well and not an issue with any of their staff. It is smaller but doesn’t feel so commercial, the rooms are a good size with individual room thermostats. I highly recommend Springdale! This transition has been incredibly easy which I greatly appreciate
