I just wanted to say that Jackson Creek Retirement Residence is an absolutely beautiful retirement home if your looking for a place for your loved one I highly recommend this home. We have just recently put my great grandmother in this home and she is loving the staff and the other residence. She absolutely adores 3 of the employees i believe she said their Names were Lynda, Melissa & Jordana . Lynda and Melissa are very kind people they took the time to welcome her and when they get the time and see her in the hallways, dining room or even in her room they take the time to have a little talk it makes her feel welcomed and at home then there is the young lady Jordana my grandmother noticed that one morning there was another resident who was a little upset she said that Jordana stopped what she was doing and went over to the resident was consoling her as it looked like she was upset it may have taken a few minutes out of her day to help that other resident but you could truly see that she showed empathy , respect and cared for the resident that was in need of comfort. These three ladies truly show compassion and can tell that they love what they do . Thank you for what you do , I am sure that this is not a very easy job to do and all three truly do deserve the recognition .

Both of my parents spent over a decade at Jackson Creek Chartwell. They received excellent care from a wonderful staff. Mom and dad were treated like family. Staff really got to know them and their preferences. Mom enjoyed the outings that they run and activities-especially BINGO! Mom liked walking the grounds and listening to nature by the creek. You and your staff make Jackson Creek a great place to entrust loved ones. A big thank you! Without hesitation I would recommend Jackson Creek Chartwell.

We want to thank Heather, Jamie, Nicole, Mike and all the staff at Jackson Creek for the exceptional welcome and care they have given to my sister. The staff went out of their way to do big and little things to make her feel at home and comfortable all the while treating her with respect and dignity. We are very impressed with the meals and the attentive serving staff as well as the many offerings of activities and outings available. Another plus was the warm welcome fellow residents gave her and the positive energy that they exhibited. We feel that this is a warm, safe and stimulating environment where my sister will receive kind and compassionate care and will thrive and enjoy her senior years.
