My mother resided at St. Jacobs Place for the last three years of her life. I found the facility to be excellent in terms of cleanliness, attention to detail, meal preparation and overall management. In addition, the staff, nurses and managers were all extremely warm and caring individuals. My mother loved being there and felt very safe. When my mother was in her last days we were able to arrange hospice care while she remained at St. Jacobs Place. This is not the norm but is an example of how they will go over-and-above to care for their patrons. We feel we owe a huge debt of gratitude to this caring residence.
