This place is truly incredible. The staff are exceptionally caring, helpful, and special people dedicated to looking after our loved ones who are ill or hurt. Visiting once a week, I cannot praise enough the care, compassion, and love they show. The cafeteria is outstanding, and the grounds are stunning. The entire facility functions like a small, well-organized city — beautifully designed, bright, and cheerful. I visit a loved one in a sad situation involving dementia, and the love and care provided are very evident and deeply appreciated. You can see the compassion and wonderful smiles, even for such a demanding job. Thank you all for everything you do.

My first visit to St Joseph's Hospital in Guelph. I inquired about my girlfriends room # . While i was waiting a lovely staff member offered to help me with the bags I was bringing her. I accepted his help (thankful...they were so heavy). He carried them right to her room. I thanked him and he left. My friend was in therapy, I was told I could stay and to have a seat. After the session was finished, the therapist informed me that it was the CEO of the hospital that just helped me with the bags. It is so humbling that that his position didn't matter. He saw someone that needed help and he didn't hesitate. Thank you Sir, your kindness was very much appreciated. To the Staff at St Joseph's, your are fortunate to have a Leader like him.

First time visiting St Joseph's, I took in some clothes to a roommate who was admitted for rehab. It was easy navigating with directions but the place itself is a maze. It's incredibly huge and hard to navigate WITHOUT directions. The place otherwise is clean. There's 4 elevators, but for some reason the button opens up all 4 (including the ones not even on the side of the button). So a poor guy in a wheelchair couldn't even go up, I had to wait until he left the floor so I could use the button and he was all the way behind me on the other 2 elevators.
