Great staff and a good long term care facility. There's also a apartment style retirement community attached.

Use to be a great place until it was sold to Extendicare the meals went downhill ($450 extra a month) and were served on paper plates (Animal Like) no one is ever around to answer the phone and NEVER get back to you when you leave message. Time to look into another care facility that treats people with respect not just their money.

Our mother just passed away while living at telfer place...the staff became family..they went above and beyond for the last decade to make my mother feel at home and to give her the tools she needed to thrive. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they have been throughout this process.. love you guys
