This company is nothing but trouble. My Mom was with TLC for about 10 years. Out of those 10 years, u can count on one hand how many good workers she had. They were constantly replacing her good workers with not-so-good workers . The last straw was about a month ago……. My mom was in the hospital for two months, when she came home, we resumed her homecare. A “worker” came in for one day; she was here for 10 mins(even tho mom gets 6 hrs a day), then took off and reported us because the “house isn’t appropriate for homecare”. I have bad depression and mental health issues, it’s hard for me to get motivated. I’ll admit, the house wasn’t the best but at the same time, it definitely wasn’t too bad. I was doing the best I could. I also fell down and broke my shoulder 4 or 5 months ago and I still don’t have full movement in my arm. And what would happen if I wasn’t here, would the worker just up and leave mom by herself(sadly, she probably would). They should definitely change the name cuz they’re not “tender” or “loving”

Your staff maybe be trained but I know a couple that are definitely not professional!!!
