No words can express the amount of gratitude in which we must extend to Tender Nursing Care for their dedicated love and care in taking care of our aging mother who required day to day assistance and supervision. Responsive, respectful and understanding - the service received was nothing less than top notch as we received multiple daily updates for our loved one. Thank you kindly to Mihaela & Farzana and the entire Tender Nursing Care Team who continues to care for our loved one and goes the extra mile to ensure she is comfortable and well taken care of - we sincerely appreciate everyone's efforts. I highly recommend Tender Nursing Care. The care team looked after our Mom for 5 months. Every member of the team was professional, kind, responsive to Mom's needs, and performed their duties beyond my expectations. The ladies bonded with Mom and became a huge part of her life and of our lives. Especially appreciated was the communication booklet where the nursing team recorded their observations Mom's activities and how Mom fared throughout the night time hours. We could not have managed without them. The whole family came to know each member of the team and developed friendships with them. I have to thank Ica and Stefane who went out of their way to support us in every way possible. In Mom's last days we were so grateful to have Ica come to see her and Mom's nurses beside us. Ica's team is composed of highly trained international nurses who have not yet managed to navigate the system to be hired in Ontario hospitals. It's so unfortunate and such a loss to public healthcare in Ontario.
