My husband daughter and myself went to visit our parents today we had lunch there the staff were so kind and considerate the food was excellent the whole place was very clean and inviting they moved in a week ago yet the staff called them by their first names their living are was bright and cheerful Thank you it was a good experience

My parents didn't think they would enjoy the comforts of the Regency in Lakefield this much. They love the friendly and cozy atmosphere. Everyone, staff and residents, are very helpful and kind. They both like the food and the choices they are offered. My father has been watching the after dinner movies at the in-house theatre, "Sorry, can't talk now, they're showing the Sound of Music tonight, I need to go..." and loving it! The retirement residence itself is situated a block from a beautiful paved walking trail with benches to relax. The close proximity to downtown Lakefield with it's adorable shops adds to this wonderful experience. Thank you to the Regency staff who truly make a difference. 5/5 stars!

My mother moved into Regency of Lakefield just before the New Year, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly welcoming, kind, and supportive, making what can be a big transition feel smooth and reassuring. The community is warm and inviting, the building is clean and well cared for, and it’s clear that the residents are truly valued. We already feel confident knowing my mom is in a safe, caring, and engaging environment.
