Staff, except for Jill Brown (Administrator), are excellent. Laurie Parsons (Dir of Care) should be the Administrator. I spent over 2 years as a resident at the Sagewood so I speak from experience. As long as Jill Brown is the Administrator there, I would never live there again. The Sagewood still owes me money.
