I was referred to Thistlecreek from my parents’ LTC home and had already met a few caregivers. When I was in a crunch - dad coming home from hospital with a broken arm and me leaving on a trip the next day - Monika and her team responded immediately and put a care plan in place. It was a relief and a huge help. The caregiver also aided me to get my dad to follow up medical appointments over the next weeks. Highly recommend Monika and her team!

I was in a crunch to get overnight assistance with my mom as she was being discharged from hospital. Monika and her team were able to provide care with just over 24 hours notice. They have shown much flexibility as we develop her care plan.

We found ourselves in a difficult position as Mum needed transport to an appointment and family was out of the country… I was given the name of Thistlecreek to assist and from the moment of first contact ; their attention was amazing! Very easy to work with to arrange transport, VERY detailed notes regarding what happened on the appointment, and Mum was very happy! highly recommend Thistlecreek Healthcare!?
