Our family member resides at Twin Lakes Village Retirement Home, and we couldn't be happier with the care she receives. The staff are kind, compassionate, and always treat the residents with dignity and respect. It's clear they genuinely care about creating a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment. The home is clean, well-maintained, and offers a variety of activities that help keep residents engaged and connected. Knowing our family member is safe, comfortable, and happy gives us great peace of mind. We are truly grateful to everyone at Twin Lakes Village Retirement Home for the exceptional care they provide. We highly recommend this residence to anyone looking for a caring and supportive retirement community.

My mother and I recently toured all the Sarnia locations. A couple of the residences check most all the boxes. Including Twin Lakes. I had always received great feedback of Twin Lakes. Now I can see why. The location (compared to others) is perfect. The view and comfort of having your coffee while sitting in the raised patio is lovely. The residence members present happy and gracious. The rooms are tasteful and quite nice. The entire building did present like home. Antoinette Could not have been more lovely and knowledgeable. I cannot express enough how important the safe location was in todays world

Twin Lakes Retirement home has been a real life saver for my Mom and our family. It is such a relief to know that she is well cared for by the staff and all of her needs are met. Once it was realized that Mom should no longer remain living on her own, moving in there certainly was warm and welcoming and made it feel like Mom had simply moved to a “very comfortable new home”. We are always kept up to date with any concerns and we definitely have confidence in the nursing care she receives. All of the staff are so kind, caring and compassionate! I believe that living here has truly helped Mom to feel 100% at ease.🩷
