Absolutely the worst company I have ever worked for BC Branch primarily after hiring me they didn’t give me work or start me for three months no pay nothing at the very beginning. Never heard out the employees before making assumptions or changes to schedule. Employees complaining all the time about scheduling and disorganization and office staff being grumpy and hanging up on them when they called into the office or being unavailable. I will say this was primarily my experience with the bc branch in Richmond not the Ontario branch and that they need a lot more training on how to run this location. ...

As a hip frax patient i dont recommend the service i received in Newfoundland from Atlantic ultima home care. Since April 17th my bed made twice despite 3 shifts per week, floors not cleaned there was visible dust after, despite instructions difficulty getting one meal prepared in relation to not understanding certain common foods. A worker left half hour into her shift no explanation of why and roamed the security building halls for 1 hour before leaving. Garbage piled up to such a level I had to hire a contractor to remove two weeks ago and again it is piled up 10 bags. Made 2 reports to Altima re a worker disregarded. PPE disposed on condo lawn. I left them in May for another service.
