  I found Veca online almost a year ago. From the get go they were amazing. They came once a month for a deep clean and never failed to satisfy. They did what they were asked, and took extra care with my dog Guinevere, an old German shepherd who looked forward to their visits. They are kind, communicative and understanding of my needs. The costs are reasonable and they were always ready and willing to adjust their work load with the ebb and flow of my business, as my income goes up and down. I have moved into a smaller apartment and will be bringing them to my new place without hesitation as soon as I am unpacked and settled in. I have recommended Veca to several people, my friends, who have been just as satisfied with their services. I do and will continue to recommend Veca for all your home care needs. Thanks Amanda!

  I was so excited to hire my first time professional clean. I have an injury so I really needed to help. My first clean for a one bedroom apartment took two girls two hours to clean. The cleaning was not what I expected.... quite a bit of dusting was not done vacuuming was not not done well at all..I discovered that my floors were not being washed well either just a spray down and wipe no mop or bucket at all... My second time for cleaning I asked for a light clean clean which I was told it was a dusting vacuuming and sanitize bathroom and kitchen... I discovered loose tea sprinkled on my living room chair which my cat was to blame.. then I was told there was old tea bags on kitchen counter that my cat got into well I never leave old tea bags on counter besides my kitten can't jump to the counter yet... I also swifered my bedroom and was shocked with the amount of dust...room was never vacuumed... The worse thing that happened is that a very sentimental peice of jewelry went missing... it was not my cat and no one other than veca cleaners had access to my apartment... for all I know there might be other things missing that I've just not discovered yet... I contacted veca cleaners with my concerns and I was told there would be an internal investigation... well I've not heard anything since my initial report. I also wonder how truthful investigation is when my cleaning lady is part owner of company.... I've never been so disappointed than I am now... I feel so invaded and I feel like I'm being treated not very honourable from company. I will be contacting the Better Bussines Bureau and whom ever I can until i have been rembursed for my stolen jewelry. I took a big leap of faith hoping that I had found a good honest cleaning company... Bad desicion on my part.
