From the moment we walked through the doors, we were welcomed by genuine kindness, friendliness, and a hardworking team that truly cares about its residents. What stands out most is the personal touch—staff members greet me by name! The residence offers a wonderful variety of daily activities and events that keep residents engaged, active, and connected. It is clear that management is committed to creating a positive environment and continuously strives to enhance the resident experience. Regular meetings provide opportunities for residents to share their thoughts and feedback, ensuring their voices are heard and respected. The chef deserves special recognition for genuinely caring about residents’ dining experiences and welcoming feedback with an open mind. This level of attentiveness and dedication is rare and greatly appreciated. We visited many retirement homes before making our decision, and none matched the level of care, compassion, resident focus, and central location that we found here. We have been so pleased with our experience that we have now enrolled two family members. Both have adjusted remarkably well to their new surroundings, thanks to the warm, welcoming, and supportive community that has been created. We highly recommend this residence to anyone seeking a caring, resident-focused retirement community where people are treated with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion.

We struggled with the decision to move our loved one into a retirement community. At every step of the way, the staffed were amazing. They answered all of our questions, accomodated all of her needs. The staff is outstanding. We could not have hoped for a better home for her.

Our mother has been at this retirement home since November 2025. This was is the best decision we made. The staff at all levels are very caring and very professional. The cleanliness, the food, the entertainment and the patience the staff has for our loved ones is remarkable. Glad we found a place where we know she is well looked after. ❤️
