The place is very nice but the staff TERRIBLE!!! The lady who supervises the hall (Wiesia) is very, very rude and disrespectful to people and your guests . She has no shame. She can make your party miserable….so many rule’s that she applies. She stays in the office and watches the cameras and then she will come and complain about your guests. She will come and turn off the coffee and hot water before the party ends. She will even kick you out before the time is up. After dinner you have to sort the dirty dishes and if you put the glass in the wrong place she will call you stupid and dumb. Never ever i meet such a horrible person ( and I get along with people). I would not recommend this place until the lady is gone. She is not professional and she is VERY Rude. Stay away ‼️‼️‼️ If you rent the hall remember…..you will rent the hall with the lady…. She always comes ( no privacy) she’s there

Clean environment but the staff are very terrible human beigns -Mean , disrespectful. Harsh. Sincerely speaking. The event hall mgrs are the worst I have ever seen. I rented the hall and had a terrible experience. New users should think twice

It sounds like Wsylvia’s nose need to be wiped and she needs 9 hours of sleep right before event starts. Also, management should take away magnifying glasses from her. Her lingering in hallways habit has also become worse over years. Will not be renting anytime soon.
