I am so appreciative of all of the staff at BRR. When my father’s health changed suddenly, we needed to find somewhere for him to live and BRR came quick to our rescue. Eleanor answered the phone on the first ring and we arranged a respite care tour in just two days. The price of care is reasonable and includes so many enriching and engaging programs. I am so happy to say most importantly that my father is healthier and happier now connected with BRR. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the entire team and special thank you to Eleanor.

The care team at Bramalea Retirement Residence were so great with my mother. She came here in a critical condition , disoriented from here home environment and scared. The entire care team made her feel welcome and helped and cared for her in many ways. Unfortunately, she only lasted 6 months but they were with her until the very end. Our family is so grateful to the entire team. Thank you again. Susan Smythe and Frank Olenik

Since my mom has moved into the Bramalea Retirement Residence last November, we have been very happy with the entire experience. The PSW’s are great, friendly caring people who do a fantastic job. The food program is delicious, the daily activities are fun and everyone is very friendly. Overall, our experience has been excellent from the staff to the care team to the atmosphere at BRR. Bringing mom here has made all our lives much easier knowing that she is happy and well cared for. Thank you everyone at BRR.
